Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using vinyldj.fm services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Booking & Payments

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Travel fees may apply for events outside our service area

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Deposit may be applied to a future booking within 12 months
• Cancellations made 14-29 days before: 50% of total fee forfeited
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before: Full fee forfeited
• We reserve the right to cancel with full refund in case of emergency or unforeseen circumstances

Event Requirements

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing adequate power supply (standard 120V outlet within reasonable distance)
• A stable, level surface for DJ equipment (minimum 6ft table)
• Protection from weather for outdoor events
• Safe, accessible load-in area

Liability

vinyldj.fm carries liability insurance for our equipment and services. We are not responsible for damages arising from:

• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
• Guest behavior or third-party actions
• Venue-related issues not disclosed prior to the event

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including mixes, images, and text, is the property of vinyldj.fm unless otherwise noted. Photos and videos taken at events may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
